We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our MIS Applications team. In this role, you will work on the development and operation of internal enterprise-grade web applications that power our business-critical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of internal web applications – from architecture to deployment.
• Translate business needs into well-designed and implemented features.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Design and implement AI-enhanced features (e.g., intelligent search, automation workflows, and chatbots) using Azure OpenAI.
• Develop and integrate robust search engine capabilities and scalable ETL processes.
• Stay on top of emerging technologies, particularly around AI and data engineering, and proactively incorporate relevant innovations.
  
  

• 3–4 years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Framework – a must.
• Solid experience with search engines (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) and building or maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Front-end experience with React and TypeScript.
• Exposure to AI technologies and cloud-based AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services – advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and REST API development.
• Experience working in cloud-native environments – familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
