IT Systems & Network Supervisor JB-4374

We are looking for an IT Systems & Network Supervisor to join a leading public transportation company.

Job Description:

Manage and maintain the company’s server farm IT infrastructure.

Operate and support the company’s IT equipment, communication networks, and PBX system at headquarters and branch offices.

Provide support and maintenance for computers, including installations, updates, preparing devices for new users, troubleshooting operational issues, managing permissions, creating new network users, and connecting to printers.

Manage the Helpdesk system and service tickets.

Provide phone and on-site support for various applications.

Log and resolve incidents that require on-site assistance for users.

Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Take responsibility for supporting and reinforcing the Tier 1 technician team.

Develop work procedures and create technical guides and manuals.

Strong technical skills with in-depth knowledge of relevant operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a technology team.

Minimum 3 years of Hands-On experience in system administration.

Familiarity with networking tools and technologies, including working with servers and cloud services.

Proven Hands-On experience with network equipment such as switches and firewalls.

Solid Hands-On experience with Active Directory and virtual servers.

Effective real-time troubleshooting skills and experience implementing monitoring techniques.

Relevant technical education, such as a degree in Computer Engineering or appropriate technical certifications.

At least 2 years of experience providing help desk and field support in an organization with 100+ users - mandatory.

Proven experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues, including both phone and in-person support - mandatory.

Hands-On experience troubleshooting Office applications and operating systems, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365 services.

Knowledge of the Priority ERP system - an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, customer orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Valid driver’s license - mandatory.
