IT Excellence Analyst

We're Hiring: IT Excellence Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Excellence Analyst to join our Information Technology – Communications & Excellence team.

In this role, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize IT processes, and support strategic decision-making through data analysis and performance tracking. This is an opportunity to be part of a global team focused on operational excellence and impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map, analyze, and improve IT processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Support Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and process redesign workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Track and analyze KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvement areas
• Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights
• Ensure process documentation and compliance with internal/external standards
• Support training and change management initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field - Must
• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, business analysis, or process improvement - Must
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal - Must
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) certification - Must
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools - Must
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems
