We're Hiring: System Infrastructure Administrator (Web, App & Telephony Platforms)

We are seeking a System Infrastructure Administrator to join our core infrastructure team. In this role, you will support and maintain enterprise-level Web, App, and telephony systems in a dynamic banking environment. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and external vendors to ensure infrastructure availability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and support of Web Application servers such as Tomcat, IIS, PHP
• Promote and maintain application deployments and ensure ongoing functionality
• Maintain high availability of Web, App, and telephony infrastructure
• Provide ongoing support to development, QA teams, and vendors
• Write and manage Jenkins pipelines
• Develop and maintain scripts in Bash, Perl, VB, and other scripting languages

Requirements:

• Experience with Web Application technologies such as WebSphere, IIS, Apache/Tomcat, PHP - Must
• Experience working with multiple operating systems - Must
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VB, Perl, Bash - Must
• Knowledge of internet security solutions and security best practices - Must
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and procedures - Must
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices – an advantage
• Academic degree in a relevant field – an advantage
• Experience with OpenShift or GKE – an advantage
