What you will be doing

• We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and creative Product Manager who will optimize and deliver product that will reach every Israeli household
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and delivery, including research, requirements, prioritization and development (mostly in-bound)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and conceptualize project goals
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis, collect and manage requirements and feedback from various internal and external customers
• Integrate advanced technologies, including AI and generative tools, into platform-level capabilities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, UX/UI, Data, QA, Marketing, and Sales

Your skills and experience

• 5 years of experience in product management
• Familiarity and expertise with mobile and web products
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira, Monday, etc.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
• Experience building and scaling discovery systems such as search engines, ranking algorithms, and personalized recommendations
• Strong Understanding of User Experience
• Experience with Google Analytics - an advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work well under pressure and multitasking skills
