· Senior Simulation Engineer - R&D Team, RICOR
Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer - Development Team
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
· Perform simulation calculations in electromagnetics, fluid flow, and heat transfer domains
· Finite element analysis expertise: electromagnetics and thermo-dynamic modeling
· Design and execute multi-disciplinary experiments for research and design validation
· End-to-end product ownership from requirements definition through NPI to customer delivery
· Develop complex systems: mechanics, thermodynamics, propulsion, and control systems
· Support the design and manufacturing of mechanical components
· Interface with customers and subcontractors
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
· Experience with finite element analysis, electromagnetics, and thermo-dynamic modeling
Preferred:
· Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Familiarity with ANSYS and open-source simulation tools
· Experience in product development, including testing processes and transfer to manufacturing
· Experience in multi-disciplinary mechanical systems design
· Experience with various metal manufacturing technologies
