Collections Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to

join our team in Petah Tikva.

Job Description:

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end

collections process. This includes ongoing follow-up on outstanding debts,

communicating with customers, handling objections professionally, and maintaining

positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage ongoing collections from business clients

 Monitor open debts and provide regular reporting

 Conduct phone calls and send reminders/letters to customers

 Handle customer account reconciliations

 Collaborate with the accounting and commercial teams

 Assist in preparing collections and aging reports

Requirements:

 At least 1 year of proven experience in collections – mandatory

 Experience working with ERP systems – advantage (SAP/Priority preferred)

 Good command of Excel

 High service orientation, assertiveness, and negotiation skills

 Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
