Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer specializing in RF components and test equipment located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing technical support, and recommending appropriate product solutions. Daily tasks include account management, handling sales processes, and collaborating with the engineering team to achieve sales targets. The role requires creating proposals, demonstrating product value, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Field Sales and Electrical Engineering skills
• Prior experience in RF components and Test Equipment required
• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management - a plus
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew ; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of Priority ERP, Office and CRM tools
