This is a full-time role for the Head of CRM Implementation. The Head of CRM Implementation will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of CRM IT projects. The role is based in Ramat Gan but is a hybrid position, allowing for some work from home.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or practical engineering degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• At least 2 years of experience as a systems analyst
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CRM systems implementation
• Experience leading a team — required
• Experience with Salesforce or Zoho — advantage
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management — advantage
• Experience in academic institutions — advantage
• Familiarity with AI-based tools — advantage
