VP Finance - Forex Industry

A globally recognized and fully regulated Forex company with a strong international footprint and offices across LATAM, Europe, and Asia. We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Finance to lead and oversee our global financial operations from our Israel headquarters.

• Oversee and manage the entire global finance function, including FP&A, budgeting, reporting, treasury, and risk management
  

• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  

• Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards
  

• Collaborate with C-level leadership on strategic planning and business growth initiatives
  

• Manage cash flow, funding needs, and capital structure
  

• Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulators
  

• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and financial governance frameworks
  

• Lead a team of finance professionals across global offices
  
  

• Must have prior experience in a senior finance role within a regulated Forex / CFD / Online Trading company
  

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance across international jurisdictions
  

• Proven leadership of multi-location finance teams in a high-growth environment
  

• Solid understanding of IFRS and cross-border tax structures
  

• CPA, CFA, or similar qualification is a strong advantage
  

• Fluent in English; Hebrew is a plus
  

• Must be based in Israel
