Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Assistant. The position is located in Bnei Brak. The Export Assistant will be responsible for managing export documentation, ensuring accurate and timely filing of required paperwork, and handling customer service inquiries related to international shipments. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth export transactions and addressing any issues that arise in the export process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in export operations is beneficial
- Hebrew & English speaker
- proficiency in Office applications: Outlook, Excel
