Financial and planning analysis team lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Team Leader to join our finance team.
🛑 Important Requirement: Candidates must have proven experience in the Gaming, Casino, Forex, or Global Payments (Fintech) industries. Applications without relevant industry background will not be considered.

In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights and decision support to senior management. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, while managing a team of FP&A analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the FP&A team in delivering accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
*Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
*Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
*Oversee the calculation and validation of monthly sales bonuses across all sales units, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with incentive structures.
*Partner with business units to understand financial drivers and support operational and strategic planning.
*Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
*Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
*Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
*Industry experience in Gaming, Casino, Forex, or Global Payment Companies is mandatory.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
*Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
*Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
