The selected applicant will also receive a personal letter of recommendation signed by our founder, and may be awarded a bonus grant to enroll in a premium course from a respected platform such as Houdini, School of Motion, or any other establishment, to help further their career.

Contract Details

MUST have unlimited access to KitBash3D (or equivalent high-quality asset library)

Base pay: $500

Role Description

Have a passion for animation, VFX, sound design, and cinematic storytelling, but no degree or formal experience? That’s fine. Knowledge is key, Talent is everything.

The role involves directing and producing short-films and videos, engaging in post-production processes, and scriptwriting.

We’re looking for a motivated creator who can take on the full production of a 7–15 minute cinematic mini-film inspired by the tone and quality of “Love, Death & Robots” serie.

Realistic-like: Lucky 13 / Life Hutch / Beyond the Aquila Rift

🎨 What You’ll Do

• Model or customize 3D characters, props, and environments

• Apply textures, lighting, and cinematic camera work

• Animate scenes using keyframes, Mixamo, or mocap tools

• Handle sound effects, voice syncing, and basic music integration

• Add VFX, polish shots, and render the final output

• Use premade assets and AI tools where helpful. Manual adjustments still expected

🧠 Requirements

• Familiar with Blender, Unreal, and similar tools

• Solid sense of visual storytelling and shot composition

• Can work independently or collaborate with friends or a small team

• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
