Job Description

Are you passionate about solving complex technical problems and eager to grow your career in cloud platform solutions? As a Junior Escalation Engineer at CyberArk, you’ll work closely with senior engineers, developers, and product teams to investigate and resolve challenging issues in our cloud platform for cybersecurity solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to dive deep into real-world systems, learn from experienced professionals, and make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do-

• Collaborate with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Reproduce complex scenarios in test environments to identify root causes.
• Analyze logs, system behavior, and code paths to assist in issue resolution.
• Work with R&D and QA teams to escalate bugs and suggest improvements.
• Document findings, solutions, and best practices to help improve internal knowledge bases
• Learn about the CyberArk ecosystem – services, technologies, users etc.
• Learn and grow your technical expertise in cloud security, DevOps, and identity management.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development, networking, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
