What You'll Be Doing:

• Own IT operations – Oversee hardware, software, and network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Be the go-to tech expert – Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade IT systems to keep things running smoothly.
• Google Workspace (G Suite) Pro – Support, configure, and optimize Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and more.
• Manage user access & security – Keep our systems secure and user-friendly.
• Lead IT onboarding & offboarding – Ensure smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
• Drive automation & integration – Optimize workflows with Monday.com, Freshdesk, Slack, Integromat, Zapier, and more.
• Virtual servers & cloud – Manage and maintain Linux & Windows servers for maximum efficiency.
• Lead a small remote IT team – Assign tasks, set priorities, and mentor team members.
• Monitor IT costs & budgets – Keep IT spending in check while ensuring top performance.
