A publicly traded industrial company is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of FP&A to lead its global financial planning and analysis function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor teams of financial analysts and business economists across multiple locations
• Oversee the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive level
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, R&D, and corporate finance
• Develop scalable FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure for a dynamic, growth-oriented business
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar leadership FP&A role within a global manufacturing company – must
• Strong background in managing and growing high-performing FP&A teams
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, cost structures, and operational KPIs in an industrial context
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
