Providing telephone and remote support to business customers.

Initial training on the system.

Handling a large number of terminals.

Assistance in solving technical problems.

Job requirements:

Previous experience in technical support - a significant advantage for those with experience from telecommunications companies.

Good understanding of technical systems in English - a must.

High technical affinity - a must.

Good verbal ability.

Experience in call centers – a significant advantage.
