The Tsarfaty Lab at Tel Aviv University is looking for master's students and project interns for the 2025-26 academic year. Our multidisciplinary lab focuses on revolutionizing cancer therapy and prevention by combining AI, molecular imaging, multi-omics, and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing. We aim to discover new therapies, predict therapy and response to survival, and infer immunophenotypes from pathological slides and radiological images. We also functionally validate therapeutic targets in cancer models.
We welcome students from biology, bioinformatics, medical sciences, and electrical/AI engineering backgrounds. The master's position is for the 2025-26 academic year, while the project intern position is an unpaid opportunity for annual projects. Both combined wet lab and AI projects, as well as sole AI projects, are available. Prior AI knowledge is not required.
