In this role, you will lead a professional team, manage key projects, and build innovative fintech solutions using cutting-edge technologies. The team leader will also be hands-on, meaning they will be actively involved in the development and execution of technological solutions, alongside managing the team.

The role includes:

▪️ Managing development teams and performing code reviews

▪️ Designing and developing full-stack applications using Node.js, Vue.js, and other frameworks

▪️ Building and maintaining scalable, high-performance back-end systems

▪️ Implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

▪️ Working with microservices in large and complex systems

▪️ Utilizing cloud technologies like AWS and Azure for seamless integrations

▪️ Optimizing application performance for efficiency and speed

▪️ Collaborating with R&D teams to integrate advanced security features

▪️ Leveraging modern DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
