Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician, preferably in the high-speed communication industry, to join our multidisciplinary R&D team. This role is critical to product development and involves hands-on work in bring-up, testing, and validation of advanced electronic systems. You will work closely with hardware and system engineers to support lab activities and ensure accurate and reliable measurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform setup, bring-up, and validation of high-speed electronic systems in the lab

• Operate and maintain lab equipment including oscilloscopes, BER testers, network analyzers, and other diagnostic tools

• Document test procedures, results, and anomalies clearly and accurately

• Assist in the development and execution of validation plans

• Maintain lab organization, inventory, and equipment calibration

• Participate in product development cycles by providing feedback from lab testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineer certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience as a lab technician or in a similar hands-on technical role

• Background in high-speed communication systems is preferred

• Proficient in using electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, BER testers, and network analyzers

• Strong understanding of electronic measurement techniques and lab safety practices

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Team-oriented with a proactive and organized approach
