Industrial and Management Engineer (Processes and Quality)

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As we continue to grow, we seek an Industrial and Management Engineer specializing in processes and quality to join our Manufacturing team in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing and quality processes throughout the production cycle.
• Develop testing processes and solutions for production process validation.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Identify production issues and create solutions for these challenges.
• Strong mechanical orientation – ability to understand and address technical issues.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, quality teams, and other departments.
• Manage projects related to manufacturing processes and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to build Gantt charts and develop project timelines.
• Proven experience in managing manufacturing and quality processes –advantage.
• Experience with technological design software (SolidWorks) – advantage.
• Experience with procedure automation software (power automate, power apps - advantage)
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working with technical teams and process improvement.
• Willingness to travel abroad - MUST
