Information Technology Security Manager

We're hiring a Team Lead – Network & Information Security

📍 Tel Aviv area | Hybrid (1 day WFH) | Financial industry

A leading company in the financial sector is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead its Network & Information Security team as part of the Infrastructure division.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of critical systems, manage complex projects, and work with cutting-edge technologies – all in a stable, innovation-driven environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team responsible for communication and cybersecurity systems

• Manage daily operations, incident resolution, and implementation of new requirements

• Oversee vendors and drive infrastructure projects

• Work with a wide range of technologies: EDR, DLP, VPN, network traffic protection, content filtering, data sanitization, and more

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in networking & cybersecurity, including team leadership

• Strong management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Solid knowledge of Switching & Routing (at least CCNA level), TCP/IP protocols

• Experience with CISCO and HP networking equipment

• High-level English – mandatory
