Junior Recruiter

Microsoft is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter/Junior Sources to join our team and work closely with our recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team within the organization
• Screen and shortlist resumes for a variety of technical roles
• Conduct Phone Screens calls with candidates
• Support Candidates Disposition processes
• Support Pipeline management activities
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and utilize organizational information systems

Requirements:

• 1-2 year of experience in recruitment roles - mandatory
• High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) - mandatory
• Previous experience in screening and shortlisting resumes - significant advantage
• Experience in technical recruitment or technical sourcing in high-tech companies - significant advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
