Supplier Quality Engineer - Aviation Group

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Production Technologies Directorate at IAI’s Aviation Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CAB (Corrective Action Board) committees addressing supplier complaints; ensure resolution and prevention of product non-conformities
• Lead MRB (Material Review Board) processes related to supplier materials; oversee root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Track and monitor NOE (Notification of Escape) incidents across the division’s business lines
• Provide ongoing support to factories and procurement teams on all supplier quality matters, including investigation leadership
• Define policies and manage underperforming suppliers
• Approve and implement quality requirements in purchase orders; manage item cataloging in the system
• Support inspections and define relevant work procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering required
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE / ICQE) strong advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality or the aerospace industry required
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) required
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Willingness to work overtime advantage
• Experience with ERP systems advantage
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and independent approach
