The position includes

:• Leading the engineering activities for the development and delivery of a prototype naval air defense syste

m• Managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating efforts with major defense companies such as Elta, Rafael, and ML

M• Engineering oversight of the project and managing technical interfaces with the clien

t• Defining and consolidating project requirements derived from client agreement

s• Defining system architecture and core components (System of Systems

)• Writing key system specification

s• Overseeing development processes, integration, and system validation testin

g• Integrating the defense system with other advanced naval system

s• Matrix management of system engineers within the plant and with subcontractor

s• Leading performance analysis and system-level testing, both in Israel and abroa

d• Direct interaction with international clients and subcontractor

s• Participation in sea trials on vessels where the systems are installe

What we’re looking for

:• B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Software / Aeronautics / Mechanical Engineering – require

d• M.Sc in Systems Engineering – an advantag

e• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering for complex development projects (System of Systems) – require

d• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams in a matrix structure – require

d• Hands-on experience writing technical documents and conducting performance analysis – require

d• Familiarity with air defense / missile / weapon systems – strong advantag

e• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – require

d• Willingness to travel abroad – require
