Role Description

We are looking for candidates with research experience in the social sciences and a proven track record in outcome-oriented thinking, metric development, measurement tool design, and hands-on leadership of complex impact evaluation processes.

The position is part-time (40–50%) and hybrid — working from our office in Kfar Saba, at client sites, and from home.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Economics, Statistics, etc.); a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in applied social research consulting, leading outcome-based processes, developing metrics and tools, and managing evaluation processes for social programs.
• Proven ability to lead projects and consult with clients.
• Ability to locate, process, and analyze information from sources, databases, and international academic and applied research.
• Experience in software implementation, client onboarding, and technical guidance – an advantage.
• Experience working in a leading research institute – an advantage.
• Proficiency in Office tools/G suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in data & statistics tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Polyeda)
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English. Proficiency in Arabic – an advantage.
