Position Overview:

Amdocs is seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President to lead the Strategy & Enterprise Transformation function within our newly established Data & AI Business Unit. This leader will be responsible for defining and driving Amdocs’ company-wide GAI adoption strategy, enabling enterprise transformation through a unified AI blueprint, strong governance, and scalable enablement frameworks.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Data & AI Business Unit, this is a mission-critical executive role that will shape how AI becomes embedded across the fabric of Amdocs’ operations, customer offerings, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Amdocs’ Enterprise GAI Strategy: Develop and continuously evolve the enterprise-wide GAI vision, strategy, and blueprint in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive End-to-End Transformation: Orchestrate cross-functional change programs to embed AI across all Amdocs divisions, partnering with product, delivery, operations, HR, and customer units.
• Governance & Strategic Alignment: Establish and oversee AI governance structures, ensuring alignment, accountability, and prioritization across the organization.
• Scalable Enablement: Build enterprise-wide enablement plans, frameworks, and processes to accelerate AI adoption at scale, including change management, capabilities development, and metrics.
• Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CIO, and divisional Presidents on AI readiness, technology leverage, and enterprise transformation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a team of strategy, transformation, and AI enablement experts. Foster a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Executive Experience: 15+ years in strategic, technology, or transformation leadership roles within large global organizations; experience in driving enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Technology & AI Acumen: Solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape and technologies. Hands-on experience leading AI/ML, digital transformation, or data innovation programs is preferred.
• Strategic Visionary & Operator: Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a track record of operationalizing strategy at scale.
• Strong Influencer & Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and partners.
• Organizational Change Agent: Experience leading large-scale organizational transformation, including operating model design, capability building, and change management.
• Global Perspective: Experience working in a multinational environment; comfort with complexity and cultural diversity.
• Location: Role is based in Israel; global leadership and travel are expected.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications, enterprise software, or digital services industries.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Previous experience in consulting or enterprise strategy roles is a plus.
