Junior Partnership Manager

Location: Rishon LeZion (2 min walk from the train station).

Work Model: Hybrid (1 day work from home).

We’re looking for a Junior Partnership Manager to help grow and support our global SMB affiliate relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about the intersection of e-commerce and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with SMB affiliate partners.
• Support onboarding of new partners and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, EPC) and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ops, Dev) to optimize partner performance.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery of monthly results and insights.

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or account management.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
• Strong communication in English and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
• Experience working with international partners/brands.
