Your Role: Playout Operation & Support Specialist

As a Playout Operation & Support Specialist, you’ll be on the frontline of our broadcast operations—ensuring that our clients’ channels run flawlessly. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, monitor, and support both live and scheduled broadcasts across multiple platforms (Pay TV, OTT, web, and mobile).

What You’ll Do
• 🎛 Monitor and manage live and scheduled playout operations via the Evrideo platform.
• 📡 Ensure broadcast signal integrity and rapid issue resolution during live events.
• 🧰 Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate when needed, and provide excellent client support.
• 📅 Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, content, and support) to maintain seamless operations.
• 📋 Track and update scheduling workflows, identifying potential conflicts or technical pitfalls.
• 📈 Contribute to operational improvements by providing feedback and ideas from the frontlines.

What You Bring
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you know how to stay calm under pressure.
• 🎯 Background in operations, technical support, or broadcast environments (preferred but not required).
• 💬 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—fluent English a must.
• 🧑‍💻 Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced tech environment.
• 🤝 Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• 🏢 Willingness to work on-site in Kfar Saba, including possible shifts or on-call support (if applicable).
