Salesforce Development Team Lead

A leading financial company is seeking a talented Salesforce Development Team Lead to manage a team of 4–6 developers and lead the design and maintenance of internal systems supporting sales, onboarding, operations, and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Salesforce-based internal development team
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
• Manage integration projects using REST/SOAP APIs
• Oversee deployments and version control (Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines)
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units
• Mentor team members and establish Agile/Scrum workflows
• Ensure high-quality delivery under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Hands-on development experience in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
• Familiarity with Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and architecture
• Experience with version control and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, CI/CD)
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to design system architecture for small to mid-scale solutions
• Background in the financial sector (e.g., fintech, banking, insurance)
• Understanding of financial processes such as onboarding, yield calculations, commissions, reporting, and CRM for financial clients
