We're Hiring: FB Media Buyer – Online Gambling Vertical

Millennials – a global performance marketing agency managing over $10M in monthly media spend – is hiring a top-tier FB Media Buyer to join our elite campaign team in the Online Gambling space.

If you live inside Facebook Ads Manager, know how to scale campaigns profitably, and speak the language of ROAS, postbacks, cloakers and creatives – this one’s for you.

• 3+ years hands-on media buying on Facebook/Meta Ads
• Managed $100K+ monthly budgets independently
• Deep understanding of ad policies, appeals, and bans handling
• Experience in Online Gambling / Nutra / Finance / other regulated verticals
• Solid control of tracking tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.)
• Experience with S2S integrations, postbacks, and pixel event mapping
• Strong analytical skills – reading data, spotting trends, scaling winners
• Working knowledge of Cloaking tools (setup not required, but must operate)
• English – strong written & verbal

• Own and manage multiple FB ad accounts in the iGaming vertical
• Launch, optimize and scale performance campaigns globally
• Perform daily analysis across KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR
• Test new creatives, funnels, and landing pages
• Collaborate with our designers, devs and analytics team
• Adapt fast to policy changes and platform restrictions
