Lead Technical Product Manager

Job Description:

Overall Purpose:

Shape and drive the technical product vision, strategy, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensure alignment with market needs and deliver customer-focused software solutions that achieve key business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Technical Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Roadmap Planning & Stakeholder Collaboration: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in close partnership with business, architecture, UX, and other product leaders.
• Product Development & Requirements Management: Lead the product development process by creating detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and facilitate trade-off decisions among stakeholders.
• Customer-Centric Product Management: Monitor product performance, advocate for the customer experience, and ensure products align with business goals and deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Sprint Planning & Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support ongoing feature refinement, and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products or product lines.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required. Certifications may be required for specific areas.
