What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Lead and execute business development initiatives with financial institutions and strategic partners across Europe

🔹 Build and manage relationships with international clients, investors, and portfolio companies

🔹 Act as Chief of Staff to the CEO: coordinate strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment across teams

🔹 Oversee European operational and back-office processes, in sync with global teams

🔹 Support investment pipeline growth via research, partnership scouting, and ecosystem mapping

🔹 Represent the fund at key industry events and conferences across Europe

Job Requirements

✅ 7+ years in business development, Chief of Staff, or strategic leadership roles

✅ Deep knowledge of European financial markets and startup ecosystems

✅ Track record of success in international business environments – experience with Latin America is a plus

✅ Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution and project management abilities

✅ Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

✅ Fluent English – other European languages a strong advantage

✅ Must be willing to relocate to Europe – full relocation support provided

✅ European citizenship/passport – preferred
