Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various recruitment channels
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other team members
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain candidate databases and records
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to candidate communication
• Experience in the recruitment or HR field, particularly in an international or multi-lingual environment, is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Location: Ramat Gan  

Work Environment: Hybrid - Office + Field
