We are looking for a Head of Operations and Procurement Planning to lead supply chain planning teams at IAI’s Aviation Group Manufacturing Technologies Division.
The position includes:
- Managing teams responsible for planning raw materials, hardware, tools, chemicals, and consumables
- Utilizing advanced planning tools to build forecasts, procurement plans, and manage shortages for production lines
- Overseeing cross-organizational events and analyzing processes to improve interfaces with Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and business units
- Managing framework agreement suppliers with an emphasis on supplier development to enhance competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and material availability
- Leading improvement and optimization initiatives in operations processes while responding to ongoing business needs
What we’re looking for:
• Israeli citizenship – required
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or Business
Administration
• At least 7 years of experience in operations and procurement
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team
• Proven experience managing procurement processes valued at ~10M ILS
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking – required
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement planning and inventory management using
advanced tools
