Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creator who will make daily, engaging, no-BS content about startup life at Quack. Think team vibes, founders in action, devs building, behind-the-scenes moments—short-form videos, photos, and clips that help us go viral and reach our audience in the US.

You’ll have full creative ownership, and we’ll support you with the resources and budget to make this a success. We are very flexible—this can be part-time, full-time, or project-based.

What you’ll own:

• Create daily content showcasing startup life at Quack (videos, short clips, photos, text posts)
• Manage posting and distribution across social channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Collaborate with founders and the team to identify stories worth sharing
• Edit short-form videos and clips for maximum engagement
• Track performance and adapt based on what resonates
• Experiment with new content angles to help Quack reach potential customers

You should have:

• Proven experience creating social content or short-form video
• Strong visual and storytelling skills
• Video editing skills
• Comfortable working independently and iterating fast
• Fluent English (content is US-facing)

Bonus points for:

• Background in SaaS, tech, or startups
• Experience growing a personal or company page on TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn
• If you were previously a Customer Support Agent, you understand the customer support world from the inside, which is a huge advantage in this role
