We are recruiting an Information Systems Analyst to join a leading financial organization located in the central region of Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze business and system requirements for platforms such as CRM and ERP

-Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional documents

-Manage and configure Service Cloud, including user management, permissions, and system settings

-Provide insights and support for integrations, upgrades, and system enhancements

Requirements:

3 years of experience in information systems analysis, with hands-on work in systems such as CRM and ERP
Experience working with Service Cloud, including user and permissions management
Familiarity with Salesforce – an advantage
Salesforce certifications – an advantage
