We’re looking for a Data & People Analytics Lead to join our incredible People Team at the Technology Division of Bank Hapoalim. This is your chance to shape the future of a data-driven HR organization at scale.

Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):
Build dashboards and reports that empower HR teams and leadership to make informed decisions.
Use statistical models and predictive analytics to shape smarter talent strategies.
Translate complex data into simple, compelling stories that inspire action.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and processes.
Be a change agent: lead training and adoption to foster a data-first mindset within the People function.
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst / BI role, preferably within People Analytics.
Advanced skills in BI and data tools (such as QLIK, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Proven understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, benchmarks, and industry best practices.
Experience with HR systems and data management practices.
Exceptional analytical thinking with strong attention to detail and business insight.
A natural storyteller who can bridge numbers and narratives.
Independent, curious, and proactive mindset — yet a strong team player.
Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
