we are currently seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Cybersecurity Solutions Lead with in-depth knowledge of infrastructure to design and evolve the organization’s information security foundations. This role is key to defining secure-by-design infrastructure solutions that ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and regulatory compliance across all environments — including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

You will work closely with security (CISO), IT, DevOps, and enterprise architecture teams to align cybersecurity strategies with the business and technical landscape, identifying architectural risks, building resilient defences, and supporting secure platform growth.

The Cybersecurity Solutions Lead will report directly to the VP Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Infrastructure Alignment

• Develop and evolve secure infrastructure strategies aligned with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2,CSA STAR, CIS Benchmarks).
• Define security architecture for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, including identity, access control, encryption, and network security.
• Collaborate with infrastructure Solution leader and IT teams and CISO department to ensure that all platforms and services are secure-by-design and continuously hardened.
• Assess and develop Security Operations procedures throughout the organization.
  
  

Secure Solutions Design

• Design and enhance end-to-end security based on best practices solutions supporting business-critical applications and services.
• Lead technical evaluations and PoCs for security technologies (e.g., EDR, SIEM, IAM, ZTNA, DLP, CSPM).
• Identify and mitigate design-level risks early in the project lifecycle.
  
  

Cross-Functional Integration

• Champion cross-functional collaboration and bridge between security, infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams to ensure that cybersecurity principles are embedded across all layers (e.g. SSDLC and Zero Trust are embedded across all layers).
• Serve as the security lead in design reviews, system architecture boards, and production readiness assessments across the company and its subsidiaries.
  
  

Technical Leadership and Tier-4 Security Expertise

• Provide expert-level support and guidance on complex security incidents, breaches, and architectural challenges.
• Support the design of incident response processes, segmentation strategies, and privileged access controls.
• Stay up to date on threat landscape evolution and emerging security technologies.
• Ramp up and mentor peers on new emerging security threats and technologies.
  
  

Governance and Documentation

• Define and maintain security reference architectures, playbooks, and technical guidelines.
• Promote transparency and consistency through up-to-date security design documentation and architecture artifacts.
• Contribute to internal audits, regulatory assessments, and control validation activities.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture
• Deep technical expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), identity, network security, encryption, and secure architecture
• Hands-on experience with security platforms: SIEM, EDR, PAM, IAM, WAF, CSPM, etc.
• Familiarity with regulatory and standards frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
• Strong communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect cyber risk to business impact
• Proficient knowledge of networking, internet protocols and operating systems
• CISSP/CCSP/CCSK/Cloud Architect Certifications - Advantage
