Our Jerusalem Customer Service team is known as "best in class" and strives to deliver on our customer commitments working with various functions within the organization each day to make things happen. This position is located at our Jerusalem site, where we follow a hybrid work schedule, coming to the office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Receiving and processing orders received from global OEM customers
• Sending order confirmation and delivery updates
• Preparing shipping documents to go with the shipment including invoice, packing list and airway bill
• Shipping notification to customer
• Coordinating pick up of customer shipments per the customer’s preferred courier/freight company
• Interface with various departments such as planning, finance, warehouse, marketing, and QA
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Ability to interface with the OEM customer
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, including the ability to carry on a phone conversation with international customers
• High attention to detail to ensure correct shipping information is sent to the correct customer
• Experience working with international courier and freight companies
• Understanding of import/export regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems SAP and Priority
• Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a stressful environment
