We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Storage and Backup Team Member to join our team at a software house in Haifa. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of central storage systems, central backup server systems, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate NAS (NetApp) and SAN (Dell/EMC) system
- Plan and improve the performance of storage and backup system
- Handle troubleshooting, upgrades, and improvements of existing system
- Resolve complex operating system-level issue
- Work with Windows systems and various server environment
- Provide service to internal clients, including availability for irregular hours as neede
Must-Have Requiremen
- At least one year of experience working with storage and backup
- Experience with NAS and SAN
- Experience with Windows
Proficiency in troubleshooting at the operating system
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / relevant engineering
