As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar Unity Group Lead to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of client-side developers, providing both managerial and technical guidance.
• Collaborate closely with other client teams to maintain and evolve the shared infrastructure architecture across multiple apps.
• Work alongside the backend architect to define and align the interfaces for the client-side features you own.
• Developing​ ​a​ ​game​ ​played​ ​by​ ​millions​ ​of​ ​players​ ​worldwide​ ​on​ ​multiple platforms​ ​(Android,​ ​iOS,​ WebGL)​ ​using​ ​cutting-edge technologies.
• Implementing​ ​new​ ​client-side​ ​features​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​maintaining​ ​and improving​ ​existing​ ​code.
• Optimising​ ​the​ ​game​ ​for​ ​best​ ​performance​ ​on​ ​all​ ​supported​ ​devices.
• Integrating​ ​native​ ​plugins​ ​for​ ​3rd​ ​party​ ​services​ ​such​ ​as​ rewarded videos,​ ​crash​ ​reporting,​ ​analytics,​ ​etc.

Requirements:

• +5​ ​years​ ​of​ ​professional​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​software​ ​development and at least 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong​ ​knowledge​ ​of​ ​C#.
• 2+ years of experience​ ​with​ ​Unity,​ ​specifically​ ​on​ ​mobile​ ​platforms,​ ​and​ ​usage​ ​of​ ​its scripting​ ​APIs,​ ​2D​ ​tools,​ ​UI​ ​, and​ ​animations.
• Experience with multithreading and client-server communication.
• Good knowledge of​ OOP​ and design​ ​patterns.
