We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller to lead our financial operations and reporting. This role is central to maintaining strong financial controls, driving business efficiency, and supporting company growth through accurate reporting and strategic insights. The ideal candidate brings a robust accounting background and a proven ability to manage financial processes in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the monthly close process and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (reviewed and audited).
• Serve as the focal point for billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
• Oversee daily financial operations in collaboration with the bookkeeping team and external auditors.
• Prepare annual financial statements and tax reports in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage revenue recognition and ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting.
• Support day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow management, payroll, and accounts payable.
• Evaluate financial performance by analyzing actual results versus plans and forecasts.
• Lead the development and presentation of short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and strategic priorities.

Requirements: 

• CPA with internship experience at a Big 4 firm.
• 2–4 years of post-internship experience in financial roles within Hi-Tech companies – must.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills- must.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited to take initiative.
• Strong analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
