Mechanical Assemblies Team Leader | Yehud | IAI – Missile and Space Systems Group, Engineering & Systems Plant

We are looking for a Mechanical Assemblies Team Leader to join the Engineering & Systems Plant at the Missile and Space Systems Group.

The position includes:

• Leading a team of mechanical assemblers
• Managing and tracking work plans and schedules
• Assembling complex mechanisms and sub-assemblies with precision and care
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and detailed assembly instructions
• Working with various mechanical tools, torque wrenches, and standard measuring instruments
• Applying adhesives and working with different materials as part of the assembly process
• Ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures in a cleanroom environment

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Certified Mechanical Technician or Practical Engineer – required
• At least 3 years of experience leading a mechanical assembly team – required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience assembling complex mechanisms, including sub-assemblies – required
• Experience using mechanical measurement tools, torque wrenches, and assembly instruments – required
• Strong ability to read and understand technical assembly drawings – required
• High attention to detail and ability to work with delicate components – required
• Technical English proficiency – required
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment – a significant advantage
