Senior Controller

We're looking for a Senior Controller to join our finance team in a global public company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and consolidation processes across global subsidiaries
• Support and guide finance team.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls (SOX)
• Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Participate in tax matters, transfer pricing, and financial system implementations
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting

Requirements:

• CPA license and degree in Accounting
• Experience in a Big 4 firm (preferred: post-internship experience in a public or tech company)
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting roles post-internship
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multinational consolidations
• Proficiency in ERP and financial consolidation systems
• High level of English – written and verbal
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation
