Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, designers contractors, and vendors, to ensure the smooth execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Fields of Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential projects, clients, and partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, Landlords and industry vendors.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure all project phases are planned and executed according to the project scope.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets. Track expenses, handle cost overruns, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and addressing any delays or issues that arise.
- Team Management: Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration among all project participants.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any safety concerns.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed and ensure that all work meets the project's quality standards and specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Construction supervision: supervise and manage on site all construction activities, reporting execution progress, meeting management with designers and contractors and perform site tours for quality assurance and tracking.
Minimum qualifications
professional requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
or student in the last year before graduate with experience.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- familiar with all LEED codes and sustainability environment.
- experience with multidisciplinary fit-out projects with strong understanding with fields of architecture, structural, HVAC, mechanical, Electrical, plumbing, fire safety codes, facility management systems, IT infrastructure in the high-tech sector standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, / Excel / PPT, BIM and CAD software.
- Solid understanding of contract management principles and procedures.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is desirable.
- familiar with the Israeli commercial real estate market and procedures.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
