Business Development Representative

Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform, are working with market leaders world-wide, and closed a meaningful fundraising round led by Insight Partners.

We are seeking a highly experienced business development professional for the exciting opportunity to join Canditech just before we skyrocket, and grow with us!

Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Representative role located on-site in Tel Aviv. The Business Development Representative will work closely with Marketing and Sales to help drive Canditech’s solutions. You will develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling and email campaigns.

What we'd like you to have

• 2+ years experience in a business development role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience in the HR-tech industry-a must 
• Experience in cold calling and generating new leads.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to work in a startup environment.
• A people person, with a strong passion for the HR world.
• Proficiency in English at a native level.
