We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.

This is a hands-on role that includes authoring, updating, and controlling organizational procedures, and driving alignment across the organization with regulatory and operational standards. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and tactical execution, bridging technical expertise with a deep understanding of quality systems and cross-functional collaboration.: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Responsibilities

Procedures Development & Control

• Lead the creation, revision, and management of organizational procedures and quality documentation.
• Ensure that procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements and reflect operational best practices.
• Drive company-wide adherence and alignment with controlled documentation and quality processes.

ISO Compliance & Audits

• Analyze current and future organizational needs and align them with applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 27001).
• Lead internal and external audits and oversee the full lifecycle of certification processes.
• Monitor and improve compliance performance through corrective and preventive actions.

eQMS Implementation

• Design and implement an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) tailored to organizational requirements.
• Lead deployment and administration of Orcanos (or equivalent), and maintain digital quality workflows.
• Continuously assess and improve the QMS infrastructure to meet evolving needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with R&D, Finance, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership to embed quality standards in every department.
• Serve as a point of contact for quality and compliance matters across the company.

Training & Enablement

• Train and mentor engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders on procedural updates, quality requirements, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of quality ownership and regulatory awareness throughout the organization.

R&D and Design Quality Oversight

• Support product development teams in meeting design and compliance expectations.
• Participate in risk assessments, design reviews, and technical documentation reviews.

Qualifications

Education:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (preferred), or Mechanical Engineering / Physics.
• Strong technical foundation and experience working directly with R&D teams.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in quality management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing, managing, and implementing controlled procedures.
• Proven track record with ISO compliance, audit management, and eQMS deployment (preferably Orcanos).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Ability to influence and engage teams across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, semiconductors, aerospace, or similar regulated industries.
• Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies (e.g., FMEA, CAPA).
• Working knowledge of information security and ISO 27001.
