Technical Support Engineer ⭐

A strategic and hands-on technical support leadership role in a fast-paced, mission-driven tech environment.

In this role, you will support global customers through complex delivery projects, PoCs, and demos. You'll mentor support teams, lead troubleshooting efforts, and shape support operations, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

▪Lead complex customer support efforts (T3 level) for delivery, integration, and post-sale

▪Act as a senior technical focal point across internal and external stakeholders

▪Set up and configure systems (Linux, networking) during onsite/offsite activities

▪Define and implement support processes, mentor junior engineers and partners

▪Collaborate with R&D/Product teams to improve system stability and features

Requirements

▪5+ years in customer-facing tech roles (T2/T3 Support Manager, FAE, TAM, etc.)

▪Strong technical and leadership skills

▪Linux hands-on expertise (Ubuntu preferred)

▪Scripting and SQL querying experience

▪Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
