What you’ll be doing:

• Lead innovation projects in the Home and Personal Care categories (both in-house and with imported products/contract manufacturers) from ideation to production and launch.
• Drive improvement initiatives for existing products (e.g., profitability, new raw materials).
• Support local manufacturing processes for plant-level projects within the development scope.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives, raw material sourcing solutions, and crisis management.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes, build product dossiers, manage registrations with the Ministry of Health portal, and ensure accurate product labeling.
• Collaborate with regional teams and implement global company policies.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Health and Standards Institute.
• Manage day-to-day interfaces with internal site stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
• Relevant prior experience – an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital tools and computer systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong independent work ethic alongside excellent teamwork skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
